Is the tap waterproof ?
The faucet is intended for water contact, but it is important to keep in mind that it is an electronic device and should remain dry. When cleaning the faucet, it is recommended to use a microfiber cloth. However, please avoid showering or directly spraying water onto the faucet.

How often should I clean the Machine?
We recommend you to press the ""Clean"" Button once a week. The Machine will automatically cleaned after 2~3 liters.
