How It Works

  1. Choose Your Schedule: Select your preferred delivery interval at checkout (e.g., every 6, 12, or 18 months).

  2. Secure Automatic Deliveries: Your payment details are safely stored via encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing. Only you have access to update or manage your payment information through your secure account portal. Orders are automatically processed and shipped directly to your doorstep according to your schedule.

  3. Flexible Management: You can log in to your account anytime to update your delivery frequency or reschedule your next shipment date to fit your needs.

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

  • 3-Cycle Commitment: Subscription discounts are provided in exchange for a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive recurring delivery cycles.

  • Early Cancellation (Before 3 Cycles): You may cancel your subscription before reaching 3 cycles. However, you will be billed for the total discount amount previously saved across your subscription order(s) (e.g., the initial 10% or 20% discount difference).

  • Standard Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • You can pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription penalty-free up until 1 day before your scheduled order processing date.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Once an order processes on its scheduled due date, it cannot be canceled penalty-free. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been processed on its due date, a 20% restocking fee and a $25 administrative fee will apply.
