Why restore minerals after reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis removes most dissolved minerals along with contaminants. Alka Spring returns calcium, magnesium and potassium so the water tastes balanced.

Cartridges last one to two years depending on use and your water. The pre-filter is $189 and the RO cartridge $306, and both twist out without tools.
How much water does it waste?
PureRevive runs at 67:33, so about a third goes to waste, well below older RO systems.

How do I know when to change the filters?
Most homes change cartridges every 1–2 years, depending on how much water you use and your water quality. You don't need to keep track: PureRevive will [show an indicator light on the unit] when a cartridge is due. We'll also send you a reminder email, so you'll never miss a change.
