The Alka jug is superior to similar water filter jugs I have tried/purchased in the past. The longer lasting filters are a bonus and justify them being more expensive than other brands; that and the fact that they have a more efficient filtering system, which I assume equates to less exposure to possible harmful toxins in my drinking water.
This second order came promptly as they use australian post. The products are easy to use with clear instructions and excellent customer service
So far I have only used the first cartridge and there seems to be a problem with the flow of water through the cartridge into the bottom of the jug.lhve tried shaking the cartridge several times to try and clear it ,to no avail.
Do people realise how much sediment etc is removed by an Ionza water filter? Just weigh the old used cartridge in one hand and the new filter in the other and you will be surprised.

I have phoned about this: The taste is horrible. I did what being told me, even soaked the cartridge a while in water but that did not help either.
Please stop the contract of sending me 2 a year!!

I have been using an Alka Jug since 2015/16, and have always had very prompt service when ordering the replacement cartridges, which are delivered within a matter of days. What more does a person need? You cannot beat good customer service. Keep up the good work Ionzaš

I'm very happy with my new jug, and the colourful filters. Its a slightly sleeker shape and pours really well, so glad I upgraded from my last one that has been doing great service., giving me tasty filtered water for more than 3 years!

spare filters for my jug. Will use thread seal tape on these when installing in the jug, to give a perfect seal.
Love this jug, filters the water flows very well through the filter. Leaks a little bit where the filter
Screws in. So used a bit of thread seal tape to fix this.

Absolutely love the Alka Jug. Weāve been using it for our family for a few years now and itās become a staple in our home. Since we rent, installing a purifier isnāt an option, but this jug has been the perfect solution. The taste is amazing compared to tap water and we notice the difference straight away.

Absolutely love this filter jug. My tap water is not the nicest with floride and chlorine so if fallen out of love with drinking water.
With this filter jug the water tastes great and I feel healthier too knowing I'm drinking less impurities etc
