Alka City Total
A complete, balanced mineral filtration system for city water, combining targeted fluoride reduction with everyday filtration and mineral restoration.
The Alka City Total is designed specifically for treated town water, where chlorine, fluoride, and common contaminants are present.
This system combines multi-stage filtration with a dedicated FluorEx stage to reduce fluoride and arsenic, alongside carbon and ultrafiltration to improve taste, reduce chemicals, and support everyday water quality.
Unlike many conventional fluoride filters that rely on activated alumina, the FluorEx stage uses a mineral-based media, designed to reduce contaminants without aluminium-based filtration materials.
After filtration, the Alka Spring stage restores essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium, improving taste and creating a more balanced, natural drinking experience.
This makes the Alka City Total a complete, everyday system for households wanting a reliable improvement in water quality, while maintaining a more local mineral profile.

Ultra Filter Specifications
The Ultra Filter stands out as a unique filtration solution with its exceptional capacity to effectively remove challenging microorganisms and contaminants.
When it comes to eliminating harmful bacteria, including Giardia, Cryptosporidium, E. coli, and more, the Ultra Filter's 0.01µ Micron filter media is specifically designed for this purpose. It ensures the removal of various waterborne microorganisms and contaminants commonly found in tank water systems, which may include concentrations of E. coli, bacteria, and others.
Furthermore, the Ultra Filter proves to be an excellent choice for addressing the issue of Microplastics and Nanoplastics. With its 0.01µm filter mesh media, it effectively filters out these particles. Given the growing awareness of micro and nano-plastics present in water sources, including town supply, tank or rainwater, the Ultra Filter's capability to remove them is crucial. Ongoing research explores the potential long-term health consequences associated with these contaminants.
Whether you rely on city tap water, tank water, bore water, aquifers, reservoirs, creeks, or springs, the Ultra Filter remains relevant and valuable for ensuring cleaner and safer water supplies.

Alka Spring Specifications
The ALKA SPRING is a revolutionary antioxidant composite cartridge that ionizes and enhances tap water using Far-Infra-Red (FIR) Energy Beads and Mineral balls. This system raises tap water pH to 8.5-9.5, infuses it with negative ORP antioxidants, and restructures water molecules for better hydration and absorption. It also increases oxygen uptake and retains essential minerals, supporting daily health and vitality.
Distinctive features of the ALKA SPRING include its use of FIR beads, made from natural maifanshi stone and seabed minerals, to emit beneficial infrared energy, and its capacity to enrich water with up to 90 trace minerals like strontium and lithium for improved bodily functions.
The ALKA SPRING is particularly effective with different water sources. Rainwater, often acidic and mineral-deficient, benefits from remineralization, especially when stored in concrete tanks which naturally alkalinize the water. Conversely, Reverse Osmosis water, which is free of contaminants but also stripped of minerals, requires demineralization to enhance pH and antioxidant presence effectively.
Installation may require additional accessories like a FILTER ATTACHMENT KIT or a FILTER TAP, with several types available to meet user needs.
The cartridge also features Maifenite, or "Wisdom Stone", packed with a broad spectrum of minerals and trace elements, renowned in Asia for its health-promoting properties.
Testing: The minerals are not simply sourced from the ground and placed into a container. Before they can be used for drinking water applications, they must go through strict refinement and safety testing procedures. This ensures they are free from contaminants such as heavy metals, toxins, or microbial impurities that could harm health. The minerals we source from our supplier in China comply with the EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards, ensuring that they meet stringent limits for hazardous substances in products. These include lead, cadmium, and other potentially harmful substances.
Specification:
Capacity: 3000 liters, 10-15 months for a 2-3 person household.
Hygienic Life: Maximum 2 years.
Installation: After an existing filter and before the filter tap.
Working Pressure: 15 - 65 PSI (pressure reducing valve needed for >70 PSI).

FluorEx Filter Specification
Advanced Natural Fluoride Removal Filter
Naturally Effective | Superior to Activated Alumina | Made in the USA
Tired of fluoride in your water? The FluorEx™ Filter is a cutting-edge solution designed to effectively reduce fluoride, arsenic, and other contaminants from your drinking water—without using synthetic, aluminium-based media. Instead, it harnesses a proprietary calcium-carbon-phosphate media, offering a natural and highly effective way to clean your water.
Why Choose FluorEx™?
✔ Alkalinity – Helps balance pH for healthier drinking water.
✔ Removes a Wide Range of Contaminants, including heavy metals and organic chemicals.
✔ Tested in Real Conditions – Our results come from real tap water, not just lab tests.
✔ Universal Fit – Works with all standard filter housings (9.75” x 3” / 248mm x 76mm).
What Does It Remove?
Primary Reduction:
✅ Fluoride
✅ Arsenic
Secondary Reduction:
✅ Uranium
✅ Plutonium
✅ Radium
✅ Heavy Metals
✅ Organic Chemicals
Proven Performance – Real Results
Independent testing following EPA standards shows near 100% fluoride removal, even at varying water conditions:
- High Fluoride Levels (2.2 mg/L tap water) → Filtered to 0.1 mg/L
- Fluoride Levels (0.71 mg/L tap water) → Filtered to <0.05 mg/L (Non-Detectable)
These results were achieved in real-world conditions at a practical flow rate of 1.9 litres per minute (0.5 GPM), using municipal tap water.
How It Works
When water flows through the FluorEx™ filter, negatively charged ions (such as fluoride, arsenic, and lithium) attach to the media or are exchanged for natural calcium ions—effectively removing them from your drinking water.
Unlike some filters that claim high fluoride removal in controlled lab conditions (using pure water with only fluoride added), FluorEx™ is tested with real tap water, at real flow rates—ensuring reliable performance in your home.
Filter Lifespan & Replacement Guidelines
The lifespan of your FluorEx™ filter depends on the fluoride concentration in your water:
- 1900 Ltrs at 0.7 mg/L fluoride
- 1140 Ltrs at 1.2 mg/L fluoride
- 570 Ltrs at 2.2 mg/L fluoride
In our own independent testing, at a water flow of about 1.9 litres per minute and fluoride levels around 0.7mg/L, the cartridge removed fluoride to below detectable levels – less than 0.05mg/L.
After filtering around 1,900 litres of water, fluoride removal dropped slightly to about 85%. That small drop is enough for us to recommend changing the cartridge at that point to keep it working at its best.
The testing was done to reflect real household use – turning the tap on and off throughout the day. This gives the filter media a chance to ‘rest’ and work better. Continuous running (like 1,900 litres non-stop) doesn’t reflect how we use water at home and wouldn’t give an accurate result.
Additional Recommendation: We highly recommend our Active Pure filter is installed upstream of the FluorEx filter to to remove heavy metals, so it protects the capacity of the FluorEX Max filter to focus on fluoride predominantly.
Flow Rate: The flow rate can be set up by the installer or by yourself: If your water flow is greater than 1.8 litres/min
Monitoring of usage: We recommend to install a water flow meter to monitor usage.
- If your water has high calcium levels (like from hard bore water), it may slightly reduce fluoride removal, as calcium can interfere with the media’s performance.
- The cartridge is made from all-natural, non-toxic minerals – mainly phosphate, calcium, and carbon.
- All materials are safe for drinking water, including BPA-free and food-grade plastics.
- Made in the USA in specialist water filter facilities with strict quality control.
