The longer lasting filters are a bonus and justify them being more expensive than other brands; that and the fact that they have a more efficient filtering system, which I assume equates to less exposure to possible harmful toxins in my drinking water.

This second order came promptly as they use australian post. The products are easy to use with clear instructions and excellent customer service

I actually have 2 . One stays on my bench room temp and the other I chill in the fridge .

The only thing that I don’t use is the top to it ..they could due with another design

spare filters for my jug. Will use thread seal tape on these when installing in the jug, to give a perfect seal.

Love this jug, filters the water flows very well through the filter. Leaks a little bit where the filter
Screws in. So used a bit of thread seal tape to fix this.

Absolutely love the Alka Jug. We’ve been using it for our family for a few years now and it’s become a staple in our home.
